“One Pound One Pair”, which basically mean that each pair of sunglasses is responsible for cleaning and reusing one pound of the Ocean’s plastic waste.
Creating an ecosystem and a business that’s more about consciously cutting down on plastic waste than about profitability, Norton Point sources their plastic from the wastelands in Haiti, employing hundreds, and incentivizing the waste-collection process. The spectacles/sunglasses are then made from this recycled plastic.
