The FUDAO–Lujiatan Wetland Park Commercial Service Center, designed by MUDA-Architects, is located in Wenjiang District, Chengdu, nestled within the scenic Lujiatan Wetland Park. Drawing inspiration from the Jinma and Minjiang Rivers, the design blends nature with modernity. The architecture features fluid, flowing forms, a lightweight structure, and transparent materials, making the building appear to float on the water. It reinterprets traditional Chinese garden pavilions with contemporary design techniques, emphasizing ecological harmony and local cultural heritage. The modular layout encourages exploration, with a walkable rooftop that integrates seamlessly with the landscape. The project creates a dynamic space for commerce, ecology, and leisure.
